Starter helps you improve your conversations with AI: real-time AI coaching with a monthly usage limit, AI roleplay, post-call insights, transcripts, core AI coaching, custom playbooks, personalized coaching, and custom scoring and rubrics. Professional trains AI around the way your organization communicates and sells: everything in Starter, with more generous real-time AI coaching usage and custom AI agents trained on your playbooks, messaging, and workflows, plus a basic team dashboard. Enterprise adds full manager dashboards, advanced admin controls, multi-call insights, and integrations.
Real-time AI coaching is the private guidance Amotions AI shows while a live call is happening. Starter includes real-time AI coaching with a monthly usage limit, and Professional includes more generous usage. Basic includes limited real-time AI coaching. Teams that need more can book a demo to size an Enterprise rollout.
Annual billing is selected by default. Starter is $49 per seat / month billed annually and Professional is $99 per seat / month billed annually. Monthly billing is $59 per seat / month for Starter and $109 per seat / month for Professional. Paying annually saves $120 per seat per year on Starter and $120 per seat per year on Professional.

Yes. The 30-day team pilot runs with one team of 10–15 reps and their manager: Amotions loads your playbook, scorecard and roleplay scenarios in the first week, your reps use live guidance on real calls for three weeks, and the pilot ends with a readout against three success criteria you choose at kickoff. The pilot fee is quoted for your team and credited in full toward an annual agreement. Amotions does not promise a revenue or close-rate lift. Scope one at /pricing/contact.
A seat is one named user who signs in to use AI coaching, AI roleplay, real-time guidance, or post-call review. Starter and Professional prices are per seat. Enterprise packaging for larger rollouts is quoted.
Yes. Individuals can start on Free Basic the same day. Small teams often begin on Starter for real-time AI coaching, AI roleplay, post-call insights, and coaching on their own playbooks, then move to Professional when they want custom AI agents and more generous real-time AI usage. Enterprise is for larger rollouts that need admin controls—not a requirement for a small team.
Yes. Free Basic includes limited AI roleplay without a custom quote. AI roleplay is included on Starter from $49 per seat / month billed annually ($59 billed monthly). Scoring against your own rubric is included from Starter.

Security & privacy
Amotions AI coaches live conversations with a private overlay—it does not join Zoom as a bot. Enterprise buyers can review how conversation data is processed, isolated, and kept out of foundational-model training.
Customer call transcripts, audio uploads, and chat sessions are strictly private to your organization. They are never used to train third-party foundational AI models. Playbook personalization applies your process at coaching time—it is not a claim that foundation-model weights are retrained on your conversations.
Healthcare and dental teams can discuss HIPAA-oriented configurations for consultation audio analysis—including PHI handling, access controls, and BAA requirements. Amotions does not publish a public HIPAA attestation on this site. Do not upload patient recordings through public marketing flows; start a verified deployment review first.
Coaching workloads run in isolated Google Cloud environments, including Cloud Run, with encrypted data transmission and encrypted storage. Organization playbooks, transcripts, and uploads stay separated by customer workspace. Ask security for current technical controls during enterprise evaluation.
